  Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Product is defective or leaking

  • Wrong product delivered

  Conditions

  • Refund request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • An unboxing video or clear images are required for verification

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales
